Field Trip, Study Tour, and Cultural Exchange in Soc Trang

To commemorate the 95th Anniversary of the Vietnamese Women’s Day, Can Tho University Elite High School organized a field trip, study tour, and exchange activity for its staff and teachers.

In alignment with the school’s mission and objectives for the 2025–2026 academic year, and with the aim of enhancing professional learning and experience-sharing among all staff members, Can Tho University Elite High School arranged an experiential learning trip. This special activity was also held in celebration of the 95th Anniversary of the Vietnamese Women’s Day (October 20, 1930 – October 20, 2025).

The primary objective of the program was to provide opportunities for all administrators, teachers, and staff to engage in field-based learning, improve their professional knowledge and skills, and better meet the demands of their work. In addition, the trip aimed to foster strong relationships and promote mutual understanding, cooperation, and solidarity among all members of the school community.

The field trip took place on Friday, October 10, 2025, under the leadership of Mr. Tran Van Minh, the Principal of the school, and with the participation of all faculty and staff members. The main highlight of the trip was a cultural and professional exchange at Soc Trang Practice School, located in My Xuyen Ward, Can Tho City.

Key activities included visits to various areas of the school campus, such as the Swimming Pool, Kindergarten Area, Administrative Office, Boarding Area, Primary School, and Lower Secondary School.

To strengthen team spirit and offer more hands-on experiences, the itinerary also featured a recreational visit to Ong Ba Hue Garden Ecotourism Area (Phong Nam Islet, Phong Nam Commune, Can Tho City). Participants enjoyed sightseeing, photography, and traditional folk games such as rowing, fishing, and cycling.

This field trip, study tour, and exchange program carried dual significance: it not only fulfilled the school’s mission and objectives for the 2025–2026 academic year but also served as a meaningful event to celebrate the 95th Anniversary of the Vietnamese Women’s Day. Through this activity, all participants had the opportunity to learn from real-world experiences, enhance their professional competencies, and strengthen teamwork and unity within the school community.
