Can Tho University Elite High School Welcomes Students from Compassvale Secondary School (Singapore) under the 2025 International Cultural Exchange Program

On November 12, 2025, Can Tho University Elite High School hosted a cultural and language exchange program with a delegation of 24 students and 6 teachers from Compassvale Secondary School (康柏中学), Singapore. The event took place from 8:35 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the school campus.

The exchange program was implemented on the basis of the international cooperation relationship between the two institutions, which has been established and strengthened since Can Tho University Elite High School’s visit to Compassvale Secondary School on January 11, 2025, as well as the partner school’s official request for a visit and exchange sent on September 25, 2025.

The purpose of the visit was to create an environment in which students of Can Tho University Elite High School could engage, interact, and enhance their cultural understanding with Singaporean students. The program contributes to expanding the school’s international cooperation network, improving students’ English communication skills, developing personal competencies, and fostering the formation of global citizenship qualities.

The program featured a diverse set of activities with an emphasis on experiential learning, including Vietnam–Singapore cultural and language exchange sessions, traditional folk games, traditional costume showcases, and Vietnamese culinary experiences. These activities not only provided a dynamic environment for language practice but also enabled students from both sides to gain deeper insights into each nation’s cultural identity.

The cultural exchange and study tour of Compassvale Secondary School played an important role in strengthening educational linkages and cultural interaction between Vietnam and Singapore, while also supporting students of Can Tho University Elite High School in building confidence and enhancing their capacity to integrate into an increasingly internationalized educational environment.
