Enhancing Digital Competencies of Teachers at Can Tho University Elite High School through the e-Learning Training Course 14

In August 2026, Can Tho University Elite High School organized e-Learning Training Course 14 for the school’s teaching staff, with the aim of enhancing teachers’ digital competencies, strengthening their ability to integrate technology into teaching, and meeting the requirements of educational innovation in the context of digital transformation.

e-Learning is a technology-based approach to teaching and learning that enables teachers to develop learning materials, organize learning activities, assign tasks, and conduct assessment in an online environment. The effective use of e-Learning platforms not only helps diversify teaching methods but also enables teachers to proactively design learning activities that are appropriate for different subjects and groups of students.

As part of e-Learning Training Course 14, teachers were introduced to and given hands-on practice in designing, developing, and managing online classes; creating digital lessons and learning materials; designing learning activities; assigning tasks; and implementing various forms of online testing and assessment.

Through the training and practical activities, teachers gradually developed the ability to transform traditional teaching content into a digital learning environment and flexibly combine face-to-face instruction with online learning through blended learning. The course also provided an opportunity for teachers to share their experiences, discuss challenges encountered when integrating technology into teaching, and explore practical solutions suited to the teaching context at Can Tho University Elite High School.
