I hope this email finds you both well. 

I wanted to let you know that the New Mexico Legislative Lottery Scholarship (the second scholarship listed on the attached flyer) will be paying 100% of tuition for all our students attending universities in New Mexico next year. If you combine this with resident tuition, which we guarantee once our students graduate from high school, students are on-track to complete their BA/BS degrees for under $10,000 total! If you can compare these numbers to any other university in the U.S., Canada, Europe or Australia/New Zealand, that number will be well over $100,000 for tuition and fees alone. 

I do hope that we can collaborate in the future and recruit some students from Can Tho in the future.
