CONGRATULATIONS TO THE STUDENT TEAM OF CAN THO UNIVERSITY ELITE HIGH SCHOOL FOR WINNING THIRD PRIZE AT THE REGIONAL “ROBOTICS FOR GOOD YOUTH CHALLENGE” 2025–2026
On March 14, 2026, at the hall of Campus 2 of Hoa Sen Secondary and High School (Thu Duc, Ho Chi Minh City), a student team from Can Tho University Elite High School participated in the regional round of the “Robotics for Good Youth Challenge” for the 2025–2026 academic year and impressively secured Third Prize overall.

A Major Intellectual Playground for Technology and AI
This year’s competition focused on a highly important theme: “Food Security.” The event encouraged students to apply Artificial Intelligence and Robotics to address real-world agricultural challenges, such as optimizing land and water use, managing pests and diseases, and improving crop productivity to ensure a sustainable food supply for the future.
The student delegation from Can Tho competed in the Senior category (for students aged 15–18). They went through an intense day of competition, including qualification rounds and head-to-head final matches, demonstrating their abilities in robot design, construction, and programming.

Impressive Achievements and Meaningful Impact
Competing against many strong teams from Ho Chi Minh City and neighboring provinces, winning Third Prize (including a cash award and a Certificate of Merit) reflects the teamwork, logical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills of the students from Can Tho University Elite High School.
The competition was not only a contest but also an opportunity for students to:
- Develop STEM and AI skills in line with the international orientation of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).
- Experience technological solutions that help transform traditional agriculture into smart agriculture, adaptable to climate change.
- Connect and learn from leading institutions in STEM education.

Towards the National Final Round
This achievement serves as an important milestone, helping promote the dynamic and creative image of students from the Mekong Delta, particularly those of Can Tho University Elite High School, on the regional robotics map. It also provides a basis for the organizers to select the best teams to participate in the Robotics for Good National Final 2026.
Once again, congratulations to the students and their teachers for their dedication and hard work in achieving this proud accomplishment!

Can Tho University Elite High School Organizes an Exchange and Learning Trip to Ho Chi Minh City
Written by: Admin
On November 5, 2025, Can Tho University Elite High School organized an important exchange and professional learning trip to Dinh Thien Ly Middle and High School (Ho Chi Minh City). The trip aimed to enhance the professional expertise and management capacity of the school’s staff members.

This trip took place as part of the school’s ongoing implementation of financial autonomy and accountability for educational quality. This mission stems from Decision No. 1365/QĐ-UBND, issued on June 8, 2023, by the People’s Committee of Can Tho City, which approved the school’s transition to the high-quality high school model.
The main objectives of the trip included:
· >Visiting, exploring, and learning from the experience of implementing financial autonomy and accountability for educational quality, as well as understanding the associated challenges.
· >Strengthening staff competencies in financial management, professional skills, and workplace professionalism.
· >Learning about various models, methods, and practices to improve the operational efficiency of different departments within and beyond the school.

The core activities of the exchange and learning program at Dinh Thien Ly Middle and High School focused on key aspects of high-quality general education, including:
· >Implementing bilingual programs and promoting English as the school’s second language.
· >Developing and training teaching staff.
· >Exchanging management experiences with the school’s administrative board.
· >Sharing experiences in organizing professional activities among subject departments and professional groups.
· >Learning from models and initiatives such as teacher and student research projects, STEM education, and extracurricular school activities.

This trip provided Can Tho University Elite High School with both theoretical and practical foundations to effectively operate as an autonomous, high-quality institution. It was akin to a team of engineers visiting advanced factories to learn modern production processes, thereby applying those lessons to optimize their own organizational performance.
